How do I become a new member?
Its quick, easy and FREE to become a member at mothersbliss™. You can become a member at any time by clicking on the Join now for free! link on the site homepage.
I became a member a few days ago and now I can't seem to login correctly with my user name and password. What do I do?
Make sure you're entering the correct username and password. If you've forgotten your password, please read the FAQs at the top of this page. If you have forgotten your username, do write to webmaster@mothersbliss.com and we will help you. It could also be possible that you did not complete your member registration process completely at the time of joining. Also, if the e-mail address you entered at the time of sign up was invalid, your membership would have been terminated a few days after registration. In all circumstances, do write to webmaster@mothersbliss.com and we will be able to assist you.
What if I've forgotten my password?
If you've forgotten your password, click on the Forgot your password? link on the site homepage. We just ask your member name and will send your password straight to your e-mail address! It couldn't be simpler!!
How do I change my member details?
We request you to keep your details up to date and correct at all times. You can update your profile at any time by clicking on the Edit profile link on your member homepage.
How do I terminate my membership?
In the unfortunate event that you want to terminate your membership with us, write to us at webmaster@mothersbliss.com. All your records and details will be deleted from our database.
How do I unsubscribe from the mailing lists?
You can unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time by updating your profile with the new information. Alternatively, you can click on the appropriate unsubscribe link in the e-mails we will send you as part of our mailing lists.
I was logged in and now when I'm trying to access a utility, I'm being asked to login again. Why?
For security reasons, if you log in once and remain idle for more than 30 minutes, you are automatically logged out. This is to prevent others from using your account if you are not around and your computer is idle. We would however request you to log out every time you leave your machine. This will ensure that others don't misuse your account.

Just imagine a situation where you left your computer to get a cup of coffee and came back only to realise that someone had changed your password with us! This added step of asking for your login details again is exactly there for this reason. We don't want others to misuse your account.
